Eva Kihlström

”I sincerely believe that every individual carries the seed of charisma within themselves and that this seed can be cultivated. And I am not the only one. Scientific researchers say charisma can, to a certain level, be developed through practice.
Training charismatic behaviour means learning to:

  • use your body language to a much greater extent, and all the nuances of your voice.
  • deliver your messages with the help of anecdotes, similes and metaphors.
  • address peoples emotions
  • have a visionary image and imbue your listeners with energy, enthusiasm and hope.

Anyone who wants to become a more skilful communicator, create better relationships and increase their personal appeal, should work on improving and honing these skills.”

Eva Kihlström has a Masters degree in Rhetorics, Pedagogy and Journalism. She works and lives in Stockholm and has for the past two years done research on charismatic people through history, resulting in the book The CharismaCode. She is a member of Toastmasters, a non-profit, worldwide organization for developing leadership and communication skills.
